Systemic therapy

Immunobiological therapy
The most modern method of treating severe psoriasis is immunobiological therapy. Unlike classical cytostatic drugs, which are widely used in the treatment of psoriasis, immunobiological drugs do not cause a pronounced suppression of the immune system, but selectively affect certain mechanisms of the disease without affecting other components of the immune system.
